In a Nutshell: Issue 60

This paper introduces the idea of Dynamic Strategic Human Resource Development Capabilities and proposes a framework to describe the concept in detail. The framework shows that strategic human resource development can foster unique dynamic capabilities that enhance the capacity of organisations to be competitive in turbulent business environments.
