Who we are  

In this privacy policy CIPD means The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (registered charity in England and Wales (1079797) and in Scotland (SC045154) and incorporated by Royal Charter (RC000758) and its subsidiaries listed below (together the ‘CIPD Group’):
 
•    CIPD Enterprises Ltd, (a wholly owned trading subsidiary of the Institute whose main activities are commercial trading activities to generate income for the Institute) (registered in England and Wales – 02921009)  
•    CIPD Asia Ltd, (our office based in Singapore through which we provide our services to customers in Asia) (registered in Singapore 201401681N)
•    CIPD Ireland, (our office based in Ireland through which we provide our services to customers in Ireland (registered in Ireland 688082)
•    CIPD Middle East FZ-LLC, (our office in Dubai though which we provide our services to customers in the Middle East) (registered in UAE 93098)
